Are you passionate about Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management? Do you have a proven track record in ensuring compliance and driving safety standards in dynamic environments? If so, DHL Group is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee our site operations and make a significant impact on our organisation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage HSE responsibilities with our site operation, adapting to changing business needs.
* Provide HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation.
* Work closely with multi-contractors and teams to promote a culture of safety and health.
* Lead the charge in business standardisation efforts, ensuring adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and relevant HSE & BCM policies.
* Meet and assess annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives through our performance management system.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Previous health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver standardised programs and drive results.
* Experience in developing and leading teams is essential.
* NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.
* Familiarity with change management principles is beneficial.
* Experience or knowledge in automation will be an advantage for this role.
