Job Purpose
Join Resillion as a Graduate Apprentice in Business Management with Human Resource Management, working full-time while studying towards a CIPD-accredited BA (Hons) degree at Glasgow Caledonian University. Starting in September 2025, this four-year programme blends academic learning with real-world HR experience across a dynamic, international organisation. You’ll contribute to key people initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, security clearances, and organisational development – supporting our people-first approach to growth and operational excellence.
What Will I Learn
As part of the Resillion People Team, you will:
* Gain hands-on experience across the HR function, including employee relations, learning & development, onboarding, and performance management
* Develop commercial awareness and understand how HR contributes to wider business success
* Learn to support HR projects and initiatives that impact teams across the business
* Study towards a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Human Resource Management, typically attending university one day per week
* Receive mentoring and on-the-job training to support your academic and professional development
What Qualifications or Qualities Are Required
Standard entry (for school leavers):
* SQA Highers (or equivalent): ABBB (one must be English)
* Selected Foundation Apprenticeships can be accepted in place of one Higher and are treated as equivalent to a B grade
Non-standard entry (for those with experience):
* Applicants with prior work experience or qualifications (e.g., Modern Apprenticeships, HNC/HND) may be considered through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
