In this role, you\'ll support end-to-end brand activities—combining strategy with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and rollout of brand plans aligned to business goals
* Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels
* Own content creation and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence online
* Drive and optimise digital marketing campaigns for performance and reach
* Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and support budget management
* Collaborate with commercial teams and retail partners to bring initiatives to market
* Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

You\'ll be at the heart of a highly collaborative ecosystem, partnering with:
* Sales, Category & Insights, and Commercial Strategy teams
* Global brand and innovation teams
* External agencies (media, creative, research)
* Retail customers and key industry stakeholders
Qualifications
* Background in marketing, business, or a related field
* Experience or exposure within FMCG, Consumer Health, or a fast-moving commercial environment
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and media channels
* A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical thinking with attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic setting

* Salary you can expect: Min £44K - max £50K pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
