About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Sales Manager to join a prestigious venue in the heart of London. As the Events Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional events, leveraging your expertise in the London events and conference sales market.
* Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and conduct accurate revenue forecasting.
* Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients (internal and external), understanding their needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
* Lead & inspire the team of event sales coordinators to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events, from conception to completion.
* Stay on top of industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
* Proven experience in event and conference sales management within a hospitality or venue setting.
* Demonstrable financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Detail-oriented with superior organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
