Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)
Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract - Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm
License: Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle

What You Will Do
* Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
* Support Daily Living: Help clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
* Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
* Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and their needs are met.
* Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance service offerings and care processes.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly and supportive demeanour with a true commitment to assisting those in need.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.
* Collaborator: Willingness to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
* Diligence: Manage care tasks and wellbeing checks with care and professionalism.
* Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
