Your role
* Deliver personalised care and support, helping customers live as independently as possible
* Support with washing, dressing, bathing and personal hygiene
* Administer medication safely and accurately
* Assist with shopping, cleaning and laundry tasks
* Help customers arrange and attend appointments
* Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation
* Keep accurate records and follow safe practices, including risk assessments
Your skills
* Personalised approach to care and ideally experiences supporting people with mental health needs
* Enthusiastic and flexible approach
* Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
* Good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
* Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
