An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced specialist school in Warrington. The school caters for pupils aged 4 18 with a range of complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated communication needs.
This is a rewarding and varied role within a school that prides itself on its inclusive, nurturing environment and a strong team ethos. Class sizes are small, with excellent support from experienced Teaching Assistants and therapists.

The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Have experience teaching children with SEND (in mainstream or specialist settings)
* Be committed to delivering personalised, creative learning experiences
* Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and classroom management skills
* Be resilient, reflective, and passionate about inclusive education
* ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply full support and mentoring available
