You will ensure that the high-quality service provision is maintained and meets the needs of the children and schools across locality as well as within the trust.
As the Children’s University Manager, you will initially work alongside the current postholder before their maternity leave to gain confidence in your role and work on establishing excellent relationships with current customers of the service as well as networking with other schools / trusts within the locality to build the service client base.
You will have responsibility for fostering and developing learning destination partnerships (for example Essex Book Festival). Work with the trust’s central marketing and finance teams for the better performance of the service including taking advantage of grants and streamlining and digitalising challenge booklets.
You will work in conjunction with the wider system leadership, Directors of Education and other trust teams to secure excellence in services provided within Suffolk, our trust and beyond.
You will promote and develop the Children’s University local and regional profile, as well as championing high quality learning destinations accessible to all children.
You will have a busy and varied workload, so if you are a well organised person who thrives on a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.
We would particularly welcome applications from individuals who are:
