Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with auditors as required.
Manage cash flow, cost controls, and financial risk assessments.
Supervise and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.

A successful Finance Manager should have:
Studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Essential
Experience in financial reporting and analysis - Essential
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounting processes.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and guide the Accounting & Finance team.
