Technical Sales Manager - Air Systems Location: Based near Leicester (UK-wide & international travel) Salary: £50,000-£70,000 + up to 25% company bonus Benefits: Company car or allowance (BMW/Mercedes + personal use), Pension 3-5%, 25 days holiday + bank holidays Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30-5:00, Fri 8:30-3:30 (early finish) The Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong knowledge of air systems to take full sales ownership of a high-value portfolio. Based in Leicester, this role offers a rare blend of technical challenge, autonomy and global exposure - with around 50% of business overseas and regular international travel (typically one week at a time), alongside UK site visits 2-3 days per week. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry, technical discussions and design input through to quotation, negotiation and closing - personally generating £1.5m+ annual revenue. This isn't a "sales chat" role. We want someone credible, technically strong and able to work consultatively with customers.
