The Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our incredible Paid Media Team who are responsible for devising innovative paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms. The Senior Paid Media Manager would both oversee the day to day management of key accounts and be hands on in supporting the junior members of the team.
We work with an exciting and broad roster of clients across music, entertainment, film, travel, brand and not-for-profit. The Senior Paid Media Manager would have the opportunity to work across a range of clients and industries.
This is a hybrid role, with some requirement to be in the office at our East London HQ, in Shoreditch.
We are looking for…
* Someone with 4+ year’s experience working within a Paid Media Buying team in an Agency, specialising in paid social (Meta, TikTok, X, Linkedin, Snap etc) and digital platforms (Google, programmatic display etc)
* Hands-on experience devising full-funnel paid media strategies with both large and small budgets, across multiple platforms and both extended and short time frames
* Experience and confidence working across both performance and brand clients
* Proven success at delivering against lower funnel objectives (CPAs & ROAS)
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders and building strong working relationships with clients
* A proactive approach to campaign management and optimisation, with the ability to manage the workflow across the team, ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are met or exceeded
* An ability to think creatively about client / campaign challenges and work with the team to come up with innovative approaches
* A track record of implementing testing frameworks to gain insight and drive performance
* An in-depth understanding of pixel and UTM tracking implementation and troubleshooting across platforms, and how to analyse conversion and Google Analytics data
* An ability to problem solve whilst staying calm under pressure
* A clear communicator who is responsive, open and honest at all times
* Experience running internal training sessions for juniors as well as managing the longer term development of direct reports
* Successful track record of helping to devise and present new business pitches
* Experience working with integrated reporting dashboards
* Someone with experience in helping to shape department processes to improve overall impact and efficiency
