KS2 Teaching Assistant – Poole

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within Key Stage 2?
I am working with one of my lovely, welcoming mainstream primary schools in Poole who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference supporting pupils across Years 3–6.
The Role:
* Supporting the class teacher within a KS2 classroom
* Working with small groups to deliver targeted interventions
* Providing additional support to pupils who may need extra guidance
* Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working within a primary school setting (ideally KS2)
* Confident supporting literacy and numeracy
* A calm, patient and proactive approach
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
