3. Assist in processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable.
4. Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
5. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
6. Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
7. Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies.
8. Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
9. Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
12. Experience in a similar role.
13. Knowledge/experience with SAP would be a preferred.
14. Experience in using financial software and tools for reporting and data entry.
15. A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
16. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
