Administrator – Accountancy Practice
Location: Sutton
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

TPF Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established accountancy practice in Sutton with the recruitment of an experienced Office Administrator. This is a really varied and hands-on admin role, perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy professional team.
You'll be supporting the practice with everything from client onboarding and company secretarial work, through to liaising with outsourced teams, organising documents for year-end accounts, and generally keeping the office running like clockwork. If you love organising, multi-tasking, and being the go-to person in an office, you’ll fit right in!
What you’ll be doing:
Accounts & Admin Support:
1. Liaising the team to support year-end accounts
2. Preparing and managing client files, records and risk assessments
3. Chasing clients for records and managing document workflows
4. Supporting with dormant accounts, CT600s, R&D claims and tagging
Client & Practice Admin:
5. Drafting and managing Letters of Engagement and agent authorisations
6. Updating client records, handling address changes, and maintaining key spreadsheets
7. Sending finalised accounts to clients and logging key workflow data
8. Managing ad hoc tasks like client onboarding, forms and correspondence
Office & Company Secretarial:
9. Ordering supplies, organising events and maintaining office systems
10. Handling CPD logs, insurance renewals, and general practice admin
11. Managing confirmation statements, registered office services and Companies House updates
Reporting & Communication:
12. Weekly updates to managers on job status and client progress
13. Monthly reporting on KPIs, client wins/losses and agent statuses
14. Maintaining internal admin manuals and ensuring processes run smoothly
