HW Interim Solutions is looking to engage a Regional Head of Operations (permanent).
We are seeking a senior operational leader to take full accountability for the performance, growth and operational excellence of a large, multi-site business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end to end regional operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all sites.
* Build, lead and develop a high performing regional management team.
* Monitor and improve regional performance against customer, operational, people and financial KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC)
* Develop and deliver a regional business plan aligned to the wider company strategy.
Experience:
* Proven experience in leading managers within a multi-site business.
* Background in retail, regulated, or multi-site operational environments.
* CQC or similar regulatory experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and performance management.
