Job Title: Senior Test Engineer Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week onsite in Corsham Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to support integration and end-to-end testing within a critical IT Service Management (ITSM) function. The role involves manual testing with opportunities to introduce automation and improve processes. Candidates with experience in defence, government, or secure IT environments would be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and report on testing for new or changed IT capabilities .
Conduct functional, integration, end-to-end, and API testing .
Create and manage test data .
Report risks and issues to the project Test Lead.
Provide assurance over third-party supplier testing .
Work with business and process stakeholders to develop high-coverage test cases .
Raise and track defects using Jira .
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Strong experience in integration, E2E, functional, and API testing .
Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting .
Experience providing assurance over supplier testing .
Experience in defence, government, or secure IT environments preferred.
