As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for equipping your team with clear and detailed technical requirements, enabling the delivery of high-quality products that align with product roadmaps and the organisation's strategic goals.
You will work cross-functionally to translate complex business problems into simple, effective user stories, ensuring outcomes are aligned with the company's mission and vision.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on execution of product delivery through backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and a deep focus on customer and outcome-driven requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and maintainable, while meeting quality standards.
2. Manage and refine product backlogs, writing clear user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
3. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment on product priorities.
4. Triage and resolve product-related issues, working closely with engineering to address bugs and managing stakeholder expectations.
