As part of this team, you will be involved in a mixture of branch support with additional responsibilities contributing to the learning and development of practice teams. * Providing clinical cover across various locations
* Acting as a unique voice between branches to ensure clinical standards are maintained
* Inducting new starters into the business
* Conducting experience days as part of the interview process for new staff members
* Creating modules for the online learning system in partnership with the Learning and Development team
* Providing ongoing training and support to existing Dispensing Opticians
Requirements
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
* Comfortable commuting up to 90 minutes from the base branch in Crawley
* Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
