Home Manager Residential Care Home Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £60,000 per year Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am–5:00pm) Location: South West Scotland (On-call required on a rota basis with the Deputy Manager) Our client operates a well-established residential care home providing high-quality care for older people, including those living with dementia. The home offers a calm, supportive environment for 31 residents and has received positive Care Inspectorate feedback, reflecting a strong foundation of care and leadership. They are now seeking an experienced and confident Home Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, drive quality standards, and lead a stable, committed care team. You will lead, motivate, and develop your management and care teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, including Operations and Quality teams, and play a key role in maintaining and improving inspection outcomes, occupancy, and staff engagement. Emergency on-call duties are shared on a rota basis with the Deputy Manager.
