You will lead, motivate, and develop your management and care teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, including Operations and Quality teams, and play a key role in maintaining and improving inspection outcomes, occupancy, and staff engagement. Emergency on-call duties are shared on a rota basis with the Deputy Manager.
