Job Title: Technical Production Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £40K - £50K
Role Overview
As an AV Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end management of technical resources live event productions, including audio visual, lighting, rigging and staging - from initial client briefing to on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Full lifecycle production management of corporate events.
* Leading site visits and client meetings to specify and plan technical requirements including AV, lighting, staging, scenic and rigging
* Draft designs including schematics, cable schedules and lighting plots
* Supervising on-site teams, including freelance and permanent audio visual technicians
* Preparing quotations
* Management of project budgets
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Ensuring successful delivery and post-event evaluation
* Oversee preparation of equipment ahead of each event
Requirements
Essential
* Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting for events
* Ability to specify AV and lighting requirements
* Technical Project Management / Production Management experience within the events industry
* MUST have a minimum of 3 years events experience.
* Willing to work weekends and evenings where required
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
