Job Description
As a member of the Retail and Admissions team, you will be in a key, customer-facing role, welcoming visitors to the museum, providing detailed information, and consistently delivering high standards of customer service. A strong drive to achieve sales targets and confidence to approach visitors actively selling a range of products is essential. You will support the Retail and Admissions Manager and Deputy Manager in all aspects of daily operations at IWM North. You will be responsible, along with the management team, for ensuring retail and admissions assistants deliver exceptional customer service, meet team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and address performance issues promptly and professionally.
