Role: HR Executive
Place of work: Glasgow City Centre
Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives on finding practical solutions rather than simply following a rulebook? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where sound judgement, empathy, and autonomy are key? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
At Jones Whyte, our people are at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our People Team. Following 10 consecutive years of stable growth, we are expanding our team to optimise employee engagement and experience at our firm.
Reporting to the People and Operations Manager, you’ll provide an effective and proactive HR service across the firm - balancing compliance with the ability to adapt and respond to real-world situations.

You will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including induction, holidays and absence management, payroll support, family leave policies, and employee relations.
We’re not looking for someone who just quotes the handbook - we want an HR professional who will work with our business to improve employee experience across the entire people lifecycle. If you can combine sound judgement with empathy, and turn challenges into workable solutions, you’ll fit right in at Jones Whyte.
