Please note: This role is Part Time 20hrs per week. We also welcome applications from people seeking Bank Contracts (Zero Hours). As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do, impacting our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As an Activities Co-ordinator, your responsibilities include planning and implementing activities that delight Residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging socialization and hobbies among Residents. We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programmes, and possessing positive energy, excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills. You should be considerate, kind, and able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, with the ability to seek advice and report concerns appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training.
