As an Activities Co-ordinator, your responsibilities include planning and implementing activities that delight Residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging socialization and hobbies among Residents. We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programmes, and possessing positive energy, excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills. You should be considerate, kind, and able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, with the ability to seek advice and report concerns appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training.
