Overview:
The Project mentor will focus on ETF contracts and projects, demonstrating a multiskilled approach to deliver results across various contracts and initiatives. Often working on more than one project, adaptability is vital. A background in employment support is essential. With the assistance of the Contract manager, you will provide high-quality training and mentoring to participants involved in all contracts and projects, ensuring that customers are directed to the appropriate support services.
The Project mentor will prioritize achieving positive outcomes and facilitating the progression of customers. In this professional capacity, you will effectively manage your time and take responsibility for the accomplishments of individuals. You will collaborate with support networks, employers, and other stakeholders to foster a team-oriented approach that empowers individuals to reach their goals. Ultimately, the aim is to create a positive, enjoyable, and engaging environment and experience for everyone involved.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6-month probationary period.
