Regulatory Policy & Advice Manager Mortgages
Location: West Bromwich (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

You’ll get to provide Compliance advice, guidance and support across a range of products, including savings, mortgages and insurance.

Managing a small team of 2, you’ll provide advice and guidance to the business on technical regulatory issues, ensuring the business achieves the highest standards of conduct and data protection regulatory compliance.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for undertaking horizon scanning, providing summaries of regulatory changes, their impact and response recommendations to senior management, and developing policies (new and existing) in response to the changing regulatory environment.
You’ll also assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the Compliance, Data Protection and Financial Crime Risk Management Frameworks.
You’ll be experienced in a Compliance Advisory capacity within a mortgage environment (lending or broking) and possess a strong understanding of MCOB regulations. You’ll ideally have previous managerial experience, whether in a Compliance or Operational capacity.
