An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support for Learning Assistant to join Park Drive Nursery. This position is 30 hours per week, between 8am-6pm, and is extended year-round.
Candidates should have the skills, knowledge, and experience of supporting children’s learning and development in a busy early learning and childcare setting.
You will be nurturing, understanding, compassionate, and patient, as well as dedicated and enthusiastic to meet the needs of all children and families.
You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with staff, children, families, and professional agencies. Prior knowledge of supporting children with additional support needs is desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
