Teaching Personnel are looking for new Learning Support Assistants to assist a big, friendly, and supportive team in a catholic secondary school in South Bristol.
Some of the roles are about supporting individual Year 7 / Year 8 students, while others focus on helping small groups in the classroom — but in every role, you’ll be making a real difference.
As part of our team, you’ll be helping students to:
* Grow in confidence and resilience.

Day-to-day, this might include:
* In-class support – making learning more accessible and giving students strategies to succeed.
* Helping with core skills – supporting literacy and numeracy, either one-to-one or in small groups.
* Confidence-building activities – things like gardening, cooking, or crafts.
* Pastoral support – mentoring students, supporting mental health, and helping them manage emotions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
