The PMO Analyst role is within the change and IT family at West Brom, reflecting the increased need to control, track, and report on the Change Portfolio across ITSS. The role supports the Project Management Office Manager in governing the Portfolio and managing change delivery frameworks, governance, and controls used to deliver the Society's Change Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of governing the change Portfolio, including tracking Programmes and Projects through their lifecycle, and aggregating Portfolio reports such as project status, RAIDs, resource, and dependency management for executive and board briefings.
2. Liaising with stakeholders across the society, including senior stakeholders.
3. Managing and improving change delivery frameworks, including regular reviews, development, and tooling impacts.
4. Supporting Portfolio planning by collaborating with ITSS to develop and maintain the Portfolio Roadmap, enabling effective decision-making to maximize IT investment.
5. Implementing tooling and automation, including development of Monday.com, to enhance data, reporting, and processes within the PMO.
6. Delivering key tasks within the PMO to meet Portfolio planning and governance requirements.
7. Defining and embedding Project Management Office processes and supporting continuous improvement to maximize team performance.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a Project Management Office, preferably within a technology division.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work with a range of stakeholders, including senior management.
* Experience supporting process change and best practices in a PMO.
* Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project tooling.
* Capability to support development within the PMO, including supporting Disability Confident initiatives.
