Would you like to make a real difference in young people's lives?
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our growing Independent Living Services Team supporting young people 16-18 under Local Authority Care across Hereford.
You'll play a vital role in helping young people develop independent living skills, whilst being part of a charity that is committed to creating positive change in their lives.
Our services span several areas across Hereford. We are looking for someone to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota basis, including alternate weekends. Part-time and bank hours are also available.

Position: Support Worker (Job ID 981)
Hours: Full-time is 37.Shifts are on a rota basis including some weekends and Sleep shifts. Some part time hours available.
Contract: Permanent
Part-time will be pro rata. 60 per hour.

Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
^^You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.
