What does the job role involve?
The role includes but is not limited to:
* Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heart warming memories.
* Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish"
* Work within a committed team member
* Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice
* Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

* Experience is an advantage, but not necessary, as full support and training will be provided
* You will be able to work well as part of a team and independently showing creativity and passion for the work you do

Located in a quiet village on the outskirts of the large market town of Chesterfield, Brimington Care Centre is a purpose-built care home with 42 resident bedrooms. Brimington offers 42 rooms (some of which can be shared if desired), all tastefully decorated and many benefitting from en-suite facilities. Our dedicated and compassionate care team provide residential, dementia and respite care, as well as intermediate care as an alternative to hospital. Within safe and inviting surroundings, our highly skilled team create personalised care plans in conjunction with residents and their loved ones, placing residents' wellbeing, personal choice, and independence at the front of mind. It's important that life continues to blossom for our residents and through first class care, new friendships and special memories made in abundance – we know residents will love their new way of living.
