Account Manager GU12, Aldershot £30,000 - £40,000 per year We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team, where you will play a key role in managing and growing customer accounts, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and supporting new business development within the aerospace and automotive industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales process, from customer engagement to order fulfilment. Evaluate and define customer requirements, ensuring internal actions align to meet them. Prepare and submit products and documentation for customer approval. Conduct account reviews with key clients; be the main point of contact for customer inquiries. Respond to customer complaints in collaboration with the Sales Director. Support improvements in the contract review process. Skills and Experience: Experience in an engineering or aerospace environment. Good technical knowledge of the automotive industry. Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
