Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to provide childcare and family support services.. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and development of the children in your care.
* Level 2 or 3 qualified
* Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm
* 52 weeks per year
* Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians- Collaborate with parents/guardians to support the child's individual needs and development- Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
