Residential Sales Representative

Position Overview
The Residential Sales Representative is a field-based role focused on generating new business and working directly with homeowners. This position involves door-to-door outreach, in-person consultations, closing sales on site, and participating in local events and community marketing efforts.
Compensation
Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. A gas stipend is provided, along with ongoing coaching and support from leadership. Expected annual earnings range between $60,000 and $100,000.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and local events, run appointments with homeowners, conduct property walkthroughs, identify cleaning needs, present service options, and close sales. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of services.
Training & Development
New hires complete a one-week intensive training program combined with field experience, learning the company’s sales process, pricing structure, objection handling, and real sales interactions. Ongoing coaching, ride‑along, and team training sessions support continuous development.

Qualifications
Strong communicator comfortable face‑to‑face with customers, coachable, reliable, willing to work evenings and weekends, and including occasional local events. Reliable transportation is required.
