Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results – driven BDE/Appointment setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal Candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company. The specific candidate has to be an individual who possesses strong self-management skills, is driven by financial goals consistently meets or exceeds expectations, willingly puts in extra effort when needed and values autonomy in their work environment.
As a member of the team you’ll be at the forefront of recognizing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions across multiple products and propositions.
Responsibilities –
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
· Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
· Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and revenue generation to the line manager
· Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPI’s set within the contact centre
