Main Responsibilities
* Respond to patient queries and liaise with the primary care team
* Manage appointment requests and signpost patients to services
* Maintain patient records and confidentiality
* Email, scan and code clinical correspondence
* Process prescription requests
* Use information systems to support efficient workflow
Ideal Candidate
* Reception or customer care experience
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
* Ability to work within processes and maintain data security
* Previous NHS experience welcomed but not essential
