Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A background in office management or customer service is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer support and assistance.
Manage appointment scheduling, including calendar management for healthcare providers.
Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate patient records through data entry, filing, and proofreading documentation.
Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and organizing office materials.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely communication regarding patient care needs.
Provide administrative support including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean work environment.
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
Requirements
Preferred Female candidate.
Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; strong computer literacy is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; bookkeeping experience is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.

Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
