Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development as they prepare for transition to secondary school.
The Role
* Provide targeted support to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
* Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and creative lessons.
* Support children in preparation for SATs, helping to build their confidence and knowledge.
* Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, supportive learning environment.
* Work closely with the school team to ensure every child reaches their potential.

Requirements
* Experience working with children, ideally within Key Stage 2.
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting children's learning.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
