* Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates

* Drafting standard and complex wills, including those involving trusts

* Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax implications

* Preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney

* Making deputyship applications to the Court of Protection

* Drafting deeds of variation

* Establishing and administering trusts

* Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative department culture

* Managing client relationships and business development

Key Responsibilities
