Foundation Manager
UK and Europe, Hybrid
We have an exciting opportunity to join QBE European Operations as the Foundation Manager, where you will lead and shape the strategic initiatives of the QBE Foundation. This role offers the chance to collaborate with global teams to drive impactful programs and partnerships. Hybrid working options are available within any of our UK and European offices, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage the QBE Foundation's strategy, partnerships, programs, initiatives, and events across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Canada.
* Oversee daily operations and design targeted online campaigns and engagement projects.
* Manage the Foundation's budget, expenses, and financial reporting.
* Make autonomous decisions regarding grants and engagement activities.
* Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to promote the Foundation and the organization’s interests.
* Represent the Foundation at functions to enhance the organization’s community presence.
* Coordinate programs promoting diversity and inclusion as part of good corporate citizenship.
* Conduct due diligence on charities for divisional grants and assist in funding decisions.
About You:
* Experience in managing corporate charity or foundation initiatives.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
* Strategic planning skills with the ability to align regional and global strategies.
* Comfortable working in a flexible environment and adapting to changing priorities.
