We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
* Assist in the organisation and management of specific sections within the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauces.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods.
* Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
* Support the training of junior kitchen staff and interns as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
* Excellent skills in meal preparation, presentation, and culinary techniques.
* Prior experience working in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
