THE ROLE We are seeking a results-driven and eager B2B marketer to join our sales and marketing team to assist with all aspects of our digital B2B marketing activities. The marketing team work closely in collaboration with the sales team and are at the forefront of all we do. The digital marketing executive will work as part of the marketing team to deliver our marketing campaigns and initiatives, focusing on generative and search optimisation, lead generation, collaboration with the sales team and utilising our strong branding and resources for high audience engagement. REPORTING TO the Communications Director THE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will participate in many aspects of our digital marketing strategy. As a Digital Marketing Executive you will; * Create and upload unique online content (written and visual), optimised for search engines and LLMs, focusing on maximum online visibility to our target audience. * Prepare, plan, and schedule a range of social media communications across various platforms. * Prepare project focused sales documentation to help drive sales and conversions. * Interact with target audiences on social media platforms to nurture ongoing relationships. * Respond to press requests and create press packages and communications for our contacts. * Assist the team in creating and planning email marketing materials. * Facilitate collaboration projects with suppliers and clients for high audience engagement. * Assist in planning and developing and delivering campaigns as agreed within timescales. * Assist the team in the design, development, programming, deployment, project documentation, and other tasks during various client engagements. * Create and distribute internal communications to ensure all depts know the latest news and innovations from the company. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES We’re looking for a passionate marketeer that is keen to develop their career in digital marketing. You will have a degree or similar level of education in marketing or associated subject. Alternatively, you will have shown your dedication and interest in the subject of marketing in another way. You will have excellent written skills and are an effective communicator – both written and verbal. You will also require high levels of computer skills and ability to work with a range of software types including Microsoft 365 packages and Adobe platforms.
