Key responsibilities include: * Managing customer enquiries and providing outstanding service. * Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery. * Building strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. * Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Supporting sales teams to achieve and exceed account targets. * Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve workflows. * Maintaining accurate records using CRM and sales software such as Sage.
