We're supporting a leading retail banking client who are looking for an experienced
PMO Analyst
to join a high-profile retail remediation programme.
They're seeking someone who can provide meaningful PMO support beyond basic administration - with proven experience producing MI, supporting governance, planning, RAID management and reporting in a fast-paced change environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day PMO support across the retail remediation programme, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed timelines.
* Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and other governance artefacts.
* Coordinate and support governance forums - preparing packs, scheduling sessions, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
* Produce high-quality MI and reporting packs to inform senior stakeholders on progress, risks and key decisions.
* Track and report on delivery milestones, resourcing and budget status.
* Support change control and ensure documentation, approvals and audit trails are in place.
* Monitor programme compliance with internal delivery frameworks and regulatory expectations.
* Act as a central point of contact for project teams, escalating issues where needed and driving resolution.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and templates.
Requirements
* Solid PMO experience within large-scale change programmes.
* Experience supporting retail remediation initiatives within financial services.
* Strong skills in producing MI packs, reporting and governance support.
* Confident engaging stakeholders and driving delivery in a structured PMO function.
Benefits
Paying between £275 - £300 per day. 6-month initial contract.
