Job summary

This role as a Complex Care Assistant at Libertatem Healthcare Group in Keighley is an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a vibrant young adult with cerebral palsy. You will be providing compassionate, 2:1 care and support to help her live life to the fullest, both at home and in the community. Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to a young adult with cerebral palsy. This will involve assisting with daily routines, accompanying her to social activities and appointments, and learning specialist skills such as suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure management. You will be part of a friendly, values-led team and will receive full training to develop the necessary skills for the role.

Location: Silsden Hours: Monday & Wednesday | 10:00–18:00 Plus bank shifts to cover annual leave & sickness Pay: £14.00 per hour Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

About the Role We're looking for a compassionate Female Care Assistant to join our friendly, values-led team supporting a vibrant young adult with cerebral palsy.

She's creative and enjoys Lego, horror films, and relaxing art sessions in her summer house. You'll play a key role in helping her live life to the fullest — both at home and out in the community.

Your Responsibilities
• Provide 2:1 care and personal support
• Support daily routines with consistency and compassion
• Accompany her to social activities, hobbies, and appointments
• Learn specialist skills including suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure management (full training provided)

About You Basic care experience (full complex care training provided) Calm, friendly, and confident communicator Willing to learn and develop specialist skills Hands-on team player Full UK driving licence essential
