About the Role We're looking for a compassionate Female Care Assistant to join our friendly, values-led team supporting a vibrant young adult with cerebral palsy.
She's creative and enjoys Lego, horror films, and relaxing art sessions in her summer house. You'll play a key role in helping her live life to the fullest — both at home and out in the community.
Your Responsibilities
• Provide 2:1 care and personal support
• Support daily routines with consistency and compassion
• Accompany her to social activities, hobbies, and appointments
• Learn specialist skills including suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure management (full training provided)
