Job Summary:
We are looking for ahighly articulate and proactive Virtual Assistantto manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve client queries efficiently. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, well-organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Role & responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through phone, email, or chat.
* Provide information about products, services, or policies as needed.
* Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
* Document and track customer interactions and feedback.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

* Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident, and engaging phone presence.
* Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or virtual assistant role.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
* Proficiency with communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype) and CRM systems
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
