Human Resources Payroll Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator to support various HR functions within our firm. The role involves employee onboarding and offboarding, managing payroll processes, handling HR queries, and supporting HR systems such as Employment-Hero. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with absence management, employee communications, and light facilities or administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
* Assist with payroll management, including data entry, checking, reporting, and handling payroll queries.
* Manage sickness and holiday tracking for absence management.
* Support HR system setup and data migration (e.g., Employment-Hero).
* Provide operational and administrative support as needed.
* Assist with HR reporting and employee communications, including contracts and policy updates.
* Support light facilities, administrative tasks, or projects such as engagement and training coordination.
* Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations, including addressing concerns.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Experience in HR and payroll (preferred).
* Good understanding of HR systems and employment law (desirable).
* Proficiency in payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations.
Working Arrangement
* Full-time position, 4 to 5 days per week, with 2 to 4 days in the office depending on the schedule.
