Vehicle Technician required in Gloucester.

Our client, a franchise-approved vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, is looking to hire a fully qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician for their busy Gloucester dealership.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your main duties will include carrying out mechanical servicing, maintenance and repair on vehicles as instructed to the standards laid down by our client. You will need to ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and report to the Business Owner as and when required on vehicle condition, safety, reliability and performance. You will also need to ensure that workmanship quality and Health & Safety (HSE) procedures relating to the task at hand are adhered to at all times.
To be eligible, you will need to be qualified to an IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and ideally have at least 1 to 2 years' practical experience post-qualification. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential. Overall, you will need to be a team player, be capable of working to the standards of our client's business, have an organised and methodical approach to your workload with a high standard of workmanship, and be comfortable working in an independent garage environment.
