We are looking for a dynamic professional with around two years' experience in a sales or consulting role within the financial or related industry, ideally in regulatory compliance for the asset management sector, to join our international team in London. The package includes a decent base salary, depending on experience, plus commissions. There is also an opportunity to benefit from group equity after two years.
With a global reach, the chosen candidate will be prospecting clients across multiple jurisdictions, with the predominant focus currently being the UK, EU, and the US. The role will involve creating leads, following up on existing relationships, and closing sales. You will be encouraged to participate in the development of sales strategies and objectives, as well as take responsibility for your pipeline of new business. Additionally, you will be encouraged to take part in various events related to asset management or regulatory compliance. The role will be varied, and the chosen candidate must be confident in promoting a variety of products to a range of clients.

Therefore, the applicant will need to have an active interest in software and technology solutions, as well as the desire to work at a fast-paced RegTech company. The role has the potential to develop into a full Business Development (BD) position for the right candidate.
The Role:
* Prospecting and Lead Gen: Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
* Market Research: Analysing competitors, industry trends, and potential market niches.
* Relationship Management: Cultivating relationships with potential partners and customers, often managing the initial stages of the sales funnel.
* Sales Support: Preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting senior staff during negotiations.
* CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress
