Hays is seeking an interim Programme Coordinator to support a team of six within a local council. The role requires on-site presence every Tuesday and Thursday for collaborative work with the team and close coordination with the Programme Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Minute Taking: Extensive experience in taking and transcribing minutes accurately
2. Inbox Management: Handle 40-50plex emails per day, requiring detailed attention and follow-up.
3. Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules and appointments.
4. Board-Level Document Preparation:pile and organise documents for board meetings.
5. Presentation Creation: Develop presentations for various meetings.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Confidently work with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
8. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
10. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
