Here at XPO we are looking for Food Safety Manager to join us at our site in Burton Latimer. Working within a multi national and people focused transport company you will be responsible for all procedures and processes relating to food safety onsite.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £51,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Carry out Audits and Allergen risk assessment reviews
* Manage NCF’s to completion
* HACCP Reviews
* Investigations / Reviews of Complaints procedure
* Investigate ASN failures and implement corrective actions
* Manage pest controls / procedures.
* Responsible for monitoring Hygiene standards
* Coaching teams to reduce receiving errors in Goods In
* Internal Audits
* Introducing and managing new processes and procedures
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Experience of creating and reviewing Quality SOP’s
* Experience in Food safety, pest and Allergen awareness
* Previous knowledge and experience with Halal, Kosher, Organic, Rainforest Alliance products
